Real Estate Researcher (Obituaries & Build Family Tree)

**Availability:**

- Part-time availability (30 hours per week).
- Must be willing to work on Central Standard Time.
- Preferably work 6 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday (U.S.A CST)
- Willingness to work on Saturdays if needed.

**PREFERENCE:**

We are looking for someone with strong English skills who can understand and navigate Family Trees effectively. Experience with platforms such as [ ---------- ]( ---------- /) and [ ---------- ]( ---------- /) is required. A background in private investigation or similar research-intensive work is highly preferred. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, investigative, and driven to uncover critical information. Minimal calls will be required for this position, so it’s perfect for those who prefer research-focused tasks. Please DO NOT apply if you are new to this type of work—prior experience is required.

**Compensation:**

$4-5/hr, 30 hours a week
