E-commerce Virtual Assistant - Klaviyo & Figma Support

Virtual Assistant (Figma + Klaviyo Expert) for ----------

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help scale our e-commerce brand EasyPets — a fast-growing pet brand that makes pet care easier and better for pet owners.
Your main focus will be on building high-performing email campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives that drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

???? Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, browse/cart abandonment, winback, post-purchase, etc.)
- Design and update email campaigns in Figma & Klaviyo (product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns)
- Create landing pages and still ad creatives in Figma for Meta campaigns
- Support with content structure, layout, and visual storytelling to improve conversions
- Manage the email and creative calendar in ---------- , aligning with product launches and campaigns
- Continuously analyze performance and implement data-driven improvements

Help EasyPets increase customer retention and profit per order by improving the visual and strategic performance of our email marketing and ad creatives.

? What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience with Klaviyo (flows + campaign setup)
- Skilled in Figma (Canva experience is a plus, but Figma preferred)
- Background in e-commerce (pet or lifestyle brands is a bonus)
- Excellent written English and clear communication
- Highly organized, proactive, and independent
- A creative mindset, you love making things look clean, clear, and conversion-focused

???? How We’ll Work Together

We’ll provide the overall structure and creative direction in Miro, after which you’ll build out the flows and visuals in Figma, and later implement them in Klaviyo.
You will be working inside our EasyPets team as designer. And you will be cooperating with our illustrator and video content creator. If you need something visually you can ask them.

The working language will be English, and the email flows will be created in English first. Using ChatGPT, you’ll generate Dutch versions for review, we’ll handle the final check and approval internally.
