Ecom - Experienced Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (SHOPIFY)

About Us
We’re a fast-growing eCommerce company running between 3 to 5 online stores across multiple international markets.
We’re looking for a highly experienced and reliable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to manage all customer support activities across our brands.
You’ll handle everything from responding to customer emails and moderating >Facebook comments, to coordinating with our Chinese logistics agent and monitoring delivery timelines.
If you’re organized, proactive, and have solid experience managing eCommerce operations — this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities
??Manage daily customer support via email.
??Moderate and respond to comments on Facebook Ads and posts.
??Handle refunds, complaints, and chargebacks through Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe.
??Track orders and delivery timelines with our Chinese sourcing agent.
??Monitor ongoing logistics issues and report delays or quality problems.
??Maintain excellent communication with the team via WhatsApp.
??Suggest improvements in processes and tools where necessary.



Requirements
????2–5 years of experience in customer service for dropshipping or eCommerce brands.
????Strong knowledge of Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe — must know how to process refunds and handle disputes.
????Comfortable using Brandwise (or similar systems such as Gorgias / Zendesk).
????Perfect written and spoken English (all our stores and customers are English-speaking).
????Experience with chargeback management and problem-solving.
????Reliable, structured, and able to work independently.
????Available full-time and willing to take ownership of the customer experience.



Work Conditions
?Full-time position (48 hours/week)
?????Work schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday (Philippines time)
????Remote role — work from anywhere.
