???? Video Editor for Viral Social Media Content (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a creative and talented video editor to join our team!
You’ll be responsible for editing and producing short-form video content for organic posting on Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will also be responsible for posting these videos on 10-20 different social media accounts at the same time.

Our brand sells nicotine pouches online at ---------- ?, and your mission is to help drive massive organic traffic to our website through engaging, funny, and viral videos that connect with young audiences.

???? What You’ll Do
• Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Analyze and adapt viral trends to fit our brand and audience.
• Add subtitles, captions, and hooks that grab attention in the first 2 seconds.
• Work closely with our creative team to brainstorm new content ideas.
• Continuously test and improve content based on performance.
• Ensure all videos are optimized for engagement, retention, and shareability.

???? What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience editing viral short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• A strong sense of what makes content go viral — trends, humor, pacing, storytelling.
• Understanding of Gen Z and young adult audiences (ages 18–30+).
• Creative mindset — you think in visuals, emotions, and trends.
• Advanced/fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Reliable, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• You have edited content for lifestyle, fashion, or youth brands.
• You already follow creators or brands in the nicotine pouch / lifestyle / viral content niche.
• You understand analytics and what type of videos perform best.
• You can suggest new ideas and creative directions proactively.
