Part-Time Workflow Specialist: ServiceM8 & Go High-Level

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Workflow Specialist to join our growing operations on a part-time basis (approximately 2-3 hours per day). This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible, consistent work with the potential to take on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

The core of this role is optimizing our efficiency through our primary business tools:

ServiceM8 Mastery: Building, refining, and maintaining efficient job management workflows within ServiceM8 (e.g., job flow, invoicing automation, communication templates).

Go High-Level (GHL) Expertise: Setting up and managing advanced automation, sequences, and campaigns within GHL to support our marketing and customer follow-up efforts.

Workflow Design: Identifying operational bottlenecks and designing seamless, automated solutions between ServiceM8 and GHL.

Ideal Candidate

Proven, strong experience building and maintaining complex workflows in ServiceM8 and Go High-Level.

Highly reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently within agreed-upon hours.

Bonus: Experience supporting digital marketing efforts, particularly in a Go High-Level context, is a plus and may lead to expanded hours (e.g., supporting our landing page developer).
