Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter (Renewable Energy – Air Source Heat Pumps)

We’re looking for a highly motivated, English-fluent Outbound Caller to join our growing renewable energy team. You’ll be responsible for contacting UK homeowners who have expressed interest in installing Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) — helping them take the next step by booking a home survey with our Sales Surveyor.

Responsibilities

Call, text, and email warm leads (no cold calling!) generated through ---------- , automatically synced into HubSpot CRM

Qualify customers using our set of screening questions (we’ll provide full training)

Book home survey appointments for our Sales Surveyor team using the shared HubSpot calendar

Update lead notes, contact status, and outcomes clearly in HubSpot

Follow up with customers who request a callback or further information

Report daily progress to the Sales Manager via HubSpot
