Hiring: Social Media & Video Team for a Personal Brand (Fully Remote, Part-Time)

We’re building a small creative team to help manage and grow ---------- — a founder and entrepreneur in the online business & lifestyle space.

We’re currently hiring for five part-time positions with flexible hours and room for growth. Training will begin mid-to late November, and all positions are fully remote.

General Requirements

- Strong grasp of written and spoken English
- Fast communication and responsiveness online
- Reliable internet connection
- Available Monday to Friday
- Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer

No previous experience required — we’ll train you step by step.

During the training phase, pay starts at PHP 120/hour, with performance-based raises as you grow in skill and responsibility.

Communication is via WhatsApp, and we use tools such as Notion, CapCut, Descript, and ChatGPT.

Team check-ins happen daily at 9:30 AM (Philippine time).

Payments will be made biweekly at first, then move to monthly once the onboarding phase is complete.

Open Roles:

1. Social Media Manager ----------

You’ll oversee the daily operations of Julia’s personal brand — ensuring the content pipeline runs smoothly, ideating new post concepts, and coordinating with editors and tea ---------- mbers.

- Monitor content quality and deadlines
- Brainstorm post ideas and captions
- Assign tasks to the right tea ---------- mbers
- Work closely with Julia and the Head of Operations

Part-time, with potential to expand into a full-time role after onboarding.

2. Short-Form Video Editor

You’ll edit short from for Julia’s brand, following her existing visual style and guidelines.

- Use CapCut and Descript for editing
- Organize files and deliver finished videos on schedule
- Communicate daily through WhatsApp
- Keep track of everything on Notion

Part-time, flexible hours, remote.

3. Long-Form Video Editor

You’ll edit YouTube-style videos and podcasts for the personal brand.

- Use CapCut and Descript for editing
- Cut, structure, and refine long-form content
- Create repurposable clips for short-form
- Collaborate with the content team to maintain brand tone and style
- Publish the videos on Youtube

Part-time, remote, deadline-based.

4–5. Setters (Instagram DM Communication)

You’ll handle conversations in Julia’s Instagram inbox — connecting with new followers, engaging leads, and maintaining friendly, professional communication.

- outreach and responses via Instagram DMs
- Basic understanding of brand voice and tone
- Clear written English and professionalism

Part-time, flexible, expected to begin mid- to late November.
