Video Podcast Editor

Hi, I'm a small startup based in Hong Kong, every 2 weeks, we host a webinar podcast, I'd like someone to help edit the long podcast into some 60 seconds short clips for youtube shorts and instagram and Linkedin, I may also need help in posting onto our social media. I need someone to work on this for 4 hours a week.

I'm a very reasonable team leader, and I will give enough instructions and guidance to anyone I work with.
