About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled full-time Virtual Assistant to manage and optimise our Skool-based online learning platform and implement our monthly social media content strategy.

This role requires previous experience working for an Australian company (references strongly preferred and prioritised). You must be confident using Skool, Canva, ChatGPT, and Meta Business Suite.

The role also includes general administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise our Skool online learning platform
• Upload, organise, and maintain course modules and community posts
• Support member onboarding and engagement inside Skool
• Create, repurpose, and schedule content using Canva and ChatGPT
• Post and schedule content using Meta Business Suite
• Provide basic customer support within our community
• Assist with administrative tasks and process documentation


Required Skills and Experience
• Experience working for an Australian company (references preferred)
• Strong proficiency with Skool (please describe your experience)
• Skilled with Canva, ChatGPT, and Meta Business Suite
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Stable internet connection and up-to-date computer


Work Schedule and Type
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Long-term position
• Philippine-based, remote work
• Working hours can include partial overlap with Australian business hours
