We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across all platforms for our events and brand. You’ll develop strategies, engage with our audience, and ensure consistent, on-brand communication that drives growth and excitement for our festivals.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Create and curate engaging content across platforms (text, images, videos, etc.).
Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and tone.
Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports on performance.
Collaborate with management and communications teams on campaigns and marketing efforts.
Engage with influencers, vendors, sponsors, and communities to boost visibility.
Research new tools, features, and platforms to improve engagement and reach.
Handle social media crisis situations quickly and effectively.
Perform ad hoc tasks and support the marketing team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing social media for US-based clients, brands, or events.
Strong understanding of US culture, tone, and slang for authentic and engaging communication.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, tools, and analytics.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for visuals and storytelling.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under deadlines.
