Our products sell across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and major retail partners, and we’ve built a reputation for quality, transparency, and customer trust.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Logistics Coordinator — someone who finds satisfaction in structure, consistency, and accuracy.

You’ll be at the centre of our inventory operations, managing stock flows, forecasting demand, and keeping the entire supply chain running smoothly across multiple sales channels.
This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and keeping processes running like clockwork.

You will work directly with the Founder, gain exposure to how a successful e-commerce brand operates, and have the chance to make meaningful improvements that help the business grow efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

----> Amazon Inventory Management
- Monitor FBA stock levels and restock via our 3PL warehouse to maintain 30+ days of inventory.
- Create and track shipments from suppliers and 3PL to Amazon warehouses.
- Check Amazon receiving status daily and resolve shipment issues.

----> Retail & Wholesale Fulfilment
- Process retailer Purchase Orders (POs).
- Create packing notes and book deliveries with our freight partners to meet delivery deadlines.
- Make sure all deliveries are successful and properly documented.

----> 3PL Warehouse Portal
- Use our warehouse app to process and manage stock movements in and out.
- Coordinate with the 3PL team to quickly resolve any discrepancies.

----> Stock Forecasting & Planning
- Review weekly/monthly sales trends across all sales channels to forecast future stock demand and OOS risk, maintain a rolling 12-week forecast.
- Liaise with marketing to align forecasts with planned promotions or campaigns.
- Maintain records of finished products and component inventory to support accurate ordering and production planning. Tracking production components (e.g., pouches, scoops, labels, bulk tablets/powders) to ensure all materials are available ahead of production runs.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain records for Organic Food Standards compliance and production.

----> Weekly Reporting
- Prepare a concise Weekly Operations Report summarising:
> Inventory status (Amazon, 3PL)
> SKU’s sold per channel
> Shopify KPIs: Revenue, Subscription stats (new vs churned customers), Email KPI’s ect.

----> About You
- Exceptionally organised, accurate, and dependable — you take pride in being thorough.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce logistics, operations, or inventory management.
- Confident with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Proficient with Google Sheets.
- Excellent written communication, record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with initiative and accountability — you follow through on every detail.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely with clear communication and reliable internet connection.

----> Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, 35-40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, flexible schedule). Must have overlap with UK mornings for 2–3 hours when needed.
- Pay range: $1100–$1,300 USD/month (based on experience)
- 13th-month pay
- Long-term position with growth potential

----> Location: Remote
- Reports to: Founder / Operations Director
- Employment: Full-time
- Start date: Available immediately
