### **Financial Planning Assistant (Work From Home – Cebu Preferred)**

**Type:** Full-time, Contract (40 hours/week)
**Salary:** ?50,000/month starting + laptop provided

#### **About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Financial Planning Assistant** to support an Australian financial advice team. This is a **long-term work-from-home position** (Cebu-based preferred) focused on helping deliver high-quality client service and administrative support.

You’ll work closely with advisers to ensure smooth client onboarding, accurate documentation, and efficient advice implementation. Attention to detail, initiative, and strong communication skills are essential.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and manage client files and documentation
* Support advice implementation, including processing superannuation and investment forms
* Maintain CRM data and ensure client records are accurate and up to date
* Liaise with product providers via email and phone (as needed)
* Prepare basic reports and follow structured checklists
* Collaborate with the advice team via email, chat, and Zoom

#### **Preferred Experience**

* Experience with **VBP (Virtual Business Partners)** or similar financial planning outsourcing firms
* Background in financial planning, paraplanning, or administrative support
* Familiarity with Australian superannuation and investment concepts
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Based in **Cebu** or nearby areas (preferred but not required)
