We’re looking for a motivated Sponsorship Coordinator who loves connecting with people and driving sales! In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for sponsors from finding and pitching new leads to closing deals and making sure sponsors have a great experience from start to finish.

If you’re confident on calls, organized with follow-ups, and enjoy building relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Find and Close Sponsors: Research and reach out to potential sponsors by email and phone, set up calls, and turn leads into confirmed partners.
Build Relationships: Keep strong, friendly communication with current and potential sponsors to maintain trust and long-term connections.
Create Proposals: Customize sponsorship packages and pitch decks that fit each sponsor’s goals and budget.
Manage the Process: Handle contracts, invoices, and any onboarding documents so everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Track Progress: Keep sponsor information and communication updated in our database/CRM.
Stay Organized: Follow up on leads, check in with existing sponsors, and make sure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Represent the Brand: Be the go-to person for sponsor questions, making sure they feel valued and supported.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, partnerships, or sponsorships, with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
Comfortable making calls and conducting outreach - strong communication and follow-up skills are a must.
Must be fluent in English and able to communicate clearly and confidently, with a neutral or minimal accent for smooth client interactions.
Organized and detail-oriented, especially with managing contacts, contracts, and timelines.
Confident writing emails, creating simple proposals, and presenting ideas clearly.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Great time management - able to juggle multiple deals and keep things moving.
