Remote Interior Designer/Architect

Job Overview

As a Remote Junior Designer, you will assist in the development of interior or architectural design concepts, preparation of presentations, and production of technical drawings. You will work closely with the senior design team to support all phases of the design process—from concept through construction.


Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of design presentations, mood boards, and material boards
Produce and revise 2D drawings and 3D models using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or Revit
Produce and revise render drawings using but not limited to Vray and/or Enscape
Support FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) sourcing, selection, and specification
Produce and assist in getting pricing, stock availability information, and production timeline of FF&E for each project
Maintain and organize all necessary documents for project management tracking
Maintain organized material libraries and sample tracking (digitally) as needed
Conduct research on products, materials, and codes as needed
Assist in the preparation of client deliverables and construction documents
Communicate regularly with the US-based design team via email, chat, and video calls
Manage project tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
