TikTok Shop Manager – Grow Sales

I’m looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager who can take full ownership of a new or existing TikTok Shop account to launch and scale product sales.

You should be familiar with TikTok Shop policies, trends, and algorithm behavior, and ideally have a proven background in either:

Wholesale sourcing (brand-name or generic products)

2-step dropshipping (e.g., using Walmart/Amazon to fulfill orders while complying with TikTok's guidelines)

Responsibilities:

Set up, optimize, and manage TikTok Shop account

Source and upload high-converting products (wholesale or dropshipping model)

Handle order fulfillment or coordinate with fulfillment partner

Create strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates

Use organic methods or coordinate with content creators/influencers to generate sales

Track analytics and optimize performance

Ensure compliance with all TikTok Shop rules

Ideal Candidate:

Has managed TikTok Shops before with documented sales growth

Understands U.S. market and TikTok audience

Can recommend profitable products or source inventory

Familiar with logistics & returns policies for TikTok Shop

Strong communication skills and able to take initiative

Open to Offers:

Hourly, fixed-price, or profit split based on performance

Short-term trial with long-term potential if results are promising
