I’m looking for an experienced Amazon reinstatement specialist to help resolve a complex account suspension involving linked accounts and a Section 3 violation.
Situation:
I recently created a new Amazon Seller Central account under a new LLC (Xcelo), but it was shut down shortly after creation.
Amazon claims this new account is related to an older, deactivated account (Vervaura), which was shut down due to a Section 3 violation.
The Vervaura account received this violation for a product that was listed but never sold, which I believe is unjustified.
The Vervaura LLC has since been legally dissolved, and I have official state documents proving the dissolution.
I am open to two possible solutions:
Reinstating the Xcelo account by proving it is unrelated to Vervaura, or
Reinstating the Vervaura account first, if that is necessary.
What I’m Looking For:
Someone with proven experience handling linked account and Section 3 Amazon suspensions.
Ability to draft and submit a strong appeal with the appropriate documentation.
Guidance on which strategy makes the most sense based on Amazon’s policies.
Strong communication and a good track record of successful reinstatements.
