I’m looking for an experienced Walmart Marketplace Account Manager to fully manage my 6-month-old Walmart Seller account. The account already has consistent payouts, and my #1 priority is keeping account health safe while scaling profitably.
No risky 2-step models or tactics that put the account at risk. Only safe sourcing strategies — wholesale, online arbitrage (OA), private label, or WFS.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management – listings, pricing, promotions, and daily operations
Account Health – prevent suspensions, maintain excellent metrics, handle disputes quickly
Safe Sourcing – wholesale, OA, private label, WFS (must be compliant & reliable)
Inventory & Supplier Management – POs, forecasting, avoiding stockouts
Competitor & Market Research – stay ahead of marketplace shifts & trending products
Customer Service – dispute handling, returns, inquiries while protecting feedback
Reporting – weekly profit breakdowns, sourcing pipeline updates, and growth roadmap
Required Qualifications
Proven Walmart experience — must provide real proof (screen-share on call)
Track record of compliance — evidence you’ve kept accounts safe from suspensions
Knowledge of multiple sourcing methods (OA, wholesale, WFS, private label)
Strong grasp of Walmart policies & enforcement triggers
Familiarity with WFS setup & inventory routing
Excellent communication and proactive reporting
