We are Loomo Marketing, an established B2B and B2C digital marketing and web development firm based in North America ( ---------- ). We take a thoughtful, data-driven approach to marketing for our clients in the financial, software, and service industries. We are a fully remote team of A-players and are looking for a highly skilled specialist to join us.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist with 5+ years of experience to manage and optimize our clients' paid advertising campaigns. This is a senior, results-oriented role. You will be responsible for managing the monthly ad spend of $25,000 to $50,000 across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

Your primary goal is to own the A/B testing process, constantly analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign results (Lead Gen, MQLs, Brand Awareness).

You will not have to create the ad creative, but you will be the strategic brain recommending the tests for our creative team to produce.

Our Hiring Process: 1-Month Paid Trial

We are looking for a long-term, permanent tea ---------- mber. To ensure we are a great fit for each other, all new hires start with a full-time, 1-month paid trial (probationary period). Our goal is for this trial to be the start of a successful, long-term partnership, and we will transition you to a permanent full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Keyword Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- B2B Advertising: Manage and scale campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads (20% of your time).
- Optimization & A/B Testing: Conduct weekly A/B testing of ad copy, creative, and landing pages to continually improve performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and provide weekly performance reports to the Account Manager, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Technical Implementation: Work with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to ensure all tracking is accurate.
- Strategy: Collaborate with the team on campaign strategy, budget allocation, and forecasting.

"Who We Are Looking For" (Must-Have Qualifications)

- 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in paid media management.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Proven experience managing significant budgets ($25k+/month).
- Strong B2B advertising experience, especially with lead generation and MQL optimization.
- Deep expertise in Facebook Ads (Meta), LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Data-Driven: You love spreadsheets, analytics, and finding the "why" behind the numbers.
- Autonomous & Proactive: You are a self-starter who can manage your own time and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Your Own Equipment: A reliable computer and a fast, stable internet connection.

Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required)

- Experience with HubSpot.
- Experience working for a North American marketing agency.
- Experience with WordPress.
