About Us:
We currently own a fence contracting business in Seattle WA and are now building another website for our construction company that focuses on both high-end residential and commercial projects.

About the Project:

We already have:
- Domain hosted on Bluehost
- WordPress setup
- Elementor Pro ready to go

We’re looking for someone who can:
- Build a clean, professional, and high-performing website
- Create a few main pages (Home, About, Services, Projects, Service Area, Blog, Contact)
- Design with a high-end look that attracts wealthy clients and municipalities
- Follow a sample website that we will provide as a reference for layout and style
- Create an easy-to-edit structure so our team can add future projects using the same template

Qualifications:
- Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro
- Has an eye for clean, modern, and high-end design
- Can work efficiently and deliver quality work within one week
- Good communication and ability to follow clear examples and references
- Having a portfolio is a big plus

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience designing construction or real estate websites
