I’m looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to join my team at One Touch Solutions. This role is perfect for someone who has deep knowledge of U.S. credit laws, understands credit bureau dispute processes, and can manage client communications efficiently and securely.
You will be responsible for handling the full dispute process from start to finish — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full credit dispute process (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, LexisNexis, etc.) following FCRA and Metro 2 compliance standards.
Prepare and send accurate, compliant, and strategic dispute letters using disputing software.
Analyze client credit reports and identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.
Communicate with clients regularly — provide updates, gather required documents, and educate them on their credit progress.
Keep all client data and communication strictly confidential and secure.
Track and document dispute results and client progress within the CRM/system.
Stay updated on U.S. credit laws, FCRA guidelines, and consumer protection standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in the credit repair industry.
- Strong understanding of:
FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)
Consumer Laws and Metro 2 compliance
- Experience using credit repair/disputing software (Credit Repair Cloud, Client Dispute Manager, DisputeFox, or similar).
- Proven record of dispute success and client satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle sensitive client data responsibly and securely.
- Must be comfortable managing multiple client files and deadlines efficiently.
