Marketing & Communications Assistant (Part-Time Contractor)

Martin Built Strategies is a U.S.-based consulting firm helping small businesses and nonprofits grow through better marketing, sales, and systems. We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented contractor to support daily communication and marketing tasks. This role will start part-time with the goal of growing into a full-time position.

Responsibilities
Manage and organize multiple company email inboxes
Draft and schedule social media content across brands
Support marketing campaigns and outreach
Research opportunities and track engagement
Complete general admin and communication tasks as needed

Requirements
Strong written English and communication skills
Basic familiarity with social media and email tools
Organized, proactive, and dependable
Ability to follow clear systems and directions

Compensation
$2.50 – $4.00 USD/hour (based on experience)
Performance-based bonuses available
