== THE POSITION ==

We’re seeking an Editor-in-Chief who can refine, rewrite, and elevate content into compelling, publication-ready content. You’ll ensure every piece connects, builds trust, and reflects a clear, authentic voice.

If you believe content isn’t just words on a page but a way to build trust, spark thought, and say something worth reading - and if you have the instinct to see what’s missing in a piece and the skill to bring it to life fast - this is your opportunity to lead that transformation.

-> Requirements:
• Experience in the fields of journalism, publishing, or digital media & content.
• Bachelor Degree in related field (Communication/Journalism, English/Literature, etc.)
• Exceptional written English (C2 level), with ability to refine content for clarity, impact, and flow.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 10 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i5 or equivalent, RAM - 8GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.

-> Nice to Have:
• Experience working as an Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor, Senior Editor, or Content/Editorial Director is preferred but not required.
• Experience editing or preparing content for U.S.-based publications is preferred, but not required.

-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the final editorial authority, reviewing and refining all content before publication.

-> About You:
For this position, the successful candidate will have/be:

* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for details.
* Strong sense of narrative flow and voice consistency across multiple formats.
* Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.
* Deep understanding of what makes content not just accurate, but unforgettable.
* Ability to work with speed & manage quick turnaround times without compromising quality or depth.
