About the Role
We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Customer & Sales Service Representative to join our growing team.
You will be the main contact for our Chinese customers, handling sales, customer service, and relationship management from start to finish.
This is a dynamic, end-to-end role where you will manage inquiries, conduct outreach, process bookings, follow up with customers, and ensure an outstanding experience from the first call to post-cleaning follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to Chinese-speaking clients (via phone, email, WeChat, etc.) to promote Calibre Cleaning’s services
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings
Provide excellent customer support and address client concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate cleaning schedules and assign jobs to cleaning teams
Maintain accurate client and booking information in our system
Translate and localise service materials when needed (English and Chinese)
Support marketing and outreach campaigns targeting the Chinese-Australian community

Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident using email, phone, CRM tools, and online chat platforms
Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused

Experience in the cleaning industry or service-based businesses is a PLUS!
