Google Search Ads Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

What You’ll Do
• Build, manage, and optimise Google Search campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Research, structure, and refine keyword targeting to drive high-quality service enquiries.
• Write and test ad copy that converts — focused on homeowners, property managers, and builders.
• Track and measure every lead and job value using GoHighLevel (GHL) to connect ad spend with ROAS/POAS.
• Analyse campaign data to identify winning keywords and optimise bids for profitability.
• Create and test landing page variations in WordPress/Elementor to improve conversion rates.
• Implement clean tracking setups with UTMs, GCLIDs, and conversion tags in GA4 and Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to improve lead quality and reduce cost per job.


Performance Expectations
• Performance will be measured based on your ability to drive a positive POAS/ROAS.
• Strong prior experience in lead generation campaigns is crucial — we’re looking for someone who can deliver measurable, profit-driven results from day one.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of Google Search Ads experience, ideally in lead generation.
• Proven track record of achieving positive ROAS/POAS.
• Experience creating and testing landing pages in WordPress/Elementor.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GHL attribution, and performance optimisation.
• Confident managing budgets, bids, and keyword segmentation.
• Skilled in ad copywriting and A/B testing for conversion.
• Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
• Reliable internet connection and your own computer.


Nice to Have
• Experience with service-based or trades industries.
• Understanding of Australian markets and customer intent.
• Experience setting up offline conversion tracking or revenue uploads to GA4.
