We’re looking for a Creative Marketing & Social Media Strategist VA, not just someone who posts on social media, but someone who can build and execute a full growth strategy. This is a long-term role for a creative thinker who wants to grow with the brand and have a real voice in shaping it.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategy and content calendars for social,
Craft brand storytelling campaigns that connect emotionally with our audience
Research trends, influencers, and communities aligned with our brand aesthetic
Create short-form video content ideas (TikTok, Reels) that have viral potential
Manage and grow our social channels, but with intent, analytics, and purpose
Coordinate with designers/copywriters (or create visuals if capable)
Develop and manage collaboration, giveaway, and affiliate campaigns
Track analytics and provide data-driven recommendations for growth
You’ll Excel If You:
Are deeply creative and think in terms of storytelling, emotion, and brand connection
Understand how to build a community, not just an audience
Have hands-on experience growing brands organically (not just scheduling posts)
Know what makes a piece of content “stick” on TikTok, Instagram, or Pinterest
Stay on top of social trends and can adapt them to a brand’s unique voice
Can work independently and proactively — bringing new ideas to the table weekly
Bonus: You have experience with
Tools You Should Know
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
CapCut or similar video editing tools
Meta Business Suite, Later, or Metricool
Google Analytics, Meta Ads (basic familiarity a plus)
(Bonus) Experience with Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, or similar
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience and proven results
Full-time, long-term role (we’re not looking for a side-hustler)
Room to grow into Marketing Manager / Creative Director role as the brand scales
