Full-time Experienced Web3 Community Manager (Remote)

We are the fastest growing paid community for investors in Blockchain and financial inclusion.

As the Head Community Manager, you will interact with very successful entrepreneurs and leaders from all around the world, and enjoy new technologies before they are known by the general public.

You will work directly with the founders: serial entrepreneurs who have built and sold seven companies, and invested in multiple unicorns (tech companies worth over $1 billion.) The founders have been working with remote teams since 2008.

This is *not* a community for techies. The typical member is 30-60 years old, has made money in traditional business and real estate, and may not be tech-savvy. The mission of the community is to upgrade the members’ knowledge and help allocate their capital where it can do good – improving lives through technology, helping young entrepreneurs, and boosting financial inclusion.

Good news: Every manager who worked with these founders in the last 15 years reached top levels in their profession and wealth. Bad news: With such members, a few funny videos and ---------- s on the members' chat will not be enough. You need to help build a real and effective community and improve the members’ lives.

ABOUT YOU
- You have experience in community management.
- You have built communities **from scratch**, not just managed existing ones.
- You have extensive experience managing private or membership-based communities.
- Your are knowledgeable in Web3
- You are a strong communicator, proactive, and a problem-solver.
- You enjoy working remotely with an international team.
- You can oversee multiple community platforms (starting with Telegram and ---------- ).
- You’re capable of creating engaging content, webinars, and newsletters that connect with our audience.
- You’re comfortable representing the company on camera (live streams, videos, or interviews) as a community ambassador.
- You love to build things and make a difference.

SALARY
The fixed monthly rate for this position is $1,200, with a potential increase to $1,500 after 3 months

YOUR PAYMENT IS FIXED AND GUARANTEED. It means that you’ll be paid even during slower periods (though there will almost always be work to do).
