Social Media & Customer Service Assistant

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce company in the professional hair industry, supplying premium scissors, foils, and salon tools to hairstylists, barbers, and salons worldwide.
We’re looking for a reliable and creative Social Media & Customer Service Assistant to help keep our brand pages active, engaging, and responsive. You’ll handle daily posting, community interaction, and basic customer service on our social platforms.

What You’ll Do

Post and schedule daily content (Reels, photos, and stories) provided by our ambassadors and creative team

Accept and manage collaboration requests through Instagram and TikTok

Engage with followers by replying to comments, responding to DMs, and sharing tagged content

Provide basic customer service through social channels, answering simple product or order questions and forwarding more complex inquiries to the support team

Monitor mentions and tagged posts, resharing strong content to stories

Write short, friendly captions that match our brand tone and aesthetic

Track weekly engagement metrics such as reach, followers, and top-performing posts

Support upcoming product launches by ensuring relevant content is posted on time

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years experience managing social media accounts for eCommerce or lifestyle brands

Excellent written English and friendly, professional communication skills

Experience using Instagram and TikTok for posting, engagement, and story sharing

Strong attention to detail and good sense of timing and brand voice

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later, or Planoly

Reliable, organized, and consistent with posting and messaging

Nice to Have

Experience in the beauty, hair, or fashion industries

Basic editing skills using Canva or CapCut

Familiarity with Shopify or Klaviyo for forwarding customer inquiries or coordinating promotions
