Organized, Hardworking Social Media Manager

[Summary]
We’re looking for a highly organized, growth-oriented Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our content pipeline. You’ll be in charge of researching trends and writing scripts to editing videos into polished, engaging final products. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder ---------- on Instagram - 70k followers), who will be on-camera, while you manage the creative and operational workflow behind the scenes.

This role offers full flexibility in how you manage your time as long as deadlines are met, and comes with complete training. You’ll also have the opportunity to expand beyond social media into broader business operations as we grow, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are key. [Responsibilities]
- Track and manage production timelines
- Perform simple research on the financial returns and costs of commercial properties - training will be provided
- Perform simple research on the financial costs and returns of unique assets (private jets, supercars, etc.) - training will be provided
- Write engaging short-form video scripts that capture attention, communicate conclusions of research, and are consistent with our brand voice
- Edit raw video clips into short-form videos that are ready to upload
- Track the performance of produced videos and develop hypotheses for high performance

[Requirements]
- SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO WITH AT LEAST 5 SHORT-FORM VIDEOS YOU HAVE PRODUCED (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
- Full-time, but flexible hours as long as deadlines are met
- At least 1 year of experience using CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro
- Fluent English skills
