Your Mission:
As a Product Creative Designer, you will be the creative engine for our new product development. You will transform market insights and abstract ideas into tangible, desirable products—from the first spark of an idea on a sketchpad to a production-ready 3D model. You'll bridge the gap between creative vision and manufacturing reality, ensuring our designs are not only beautiful but also feasible, ergonomic, and emotionally resonant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Ideation & Concept Development:?Drive the early-stage creative process through market research, trend analysis, and user-centric thinking to identify new product opportunities.

Visualize & Communicate:?Rapidly generate and communicate ideas through freehand sketching, mood boards, and storyboards that tell the product's story.

Develop 3D Models & Renders:?Create detailed, high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders that define product form, function, ergonomics, and materiality.

Collaborate to Realize Designs:?Work hand-in-hand with Senior Designers, Product Development, and Engineering teams to refine concepts, overcome challenges, and ensure design integrity from prototype to production.

Own the Design-to-Production Journey:?Take responsibility for shepherding your designs through the entire process, including mold design reviews and sample approval, to ensure a seamless transition to mass production.

Manage Multiple Projects:?Successfully support several projects at once, maintaining high-quality standards, meeting deadlines, and adhering to brand guidelines.

What You Bring (Requirements):

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in product or industrial design.

An?outstanding portfolio?demonstrating your full design process: concept sketches, 3D visualizations, and photographs of final products. Experience with consumer, gadget, or lighting-related products is a significant advantage.

A strong conceptual thinker with the ability to articulate ideas through compelling hand sketches and visual storytelling.

Passionate and energetic about creating products that matter, with a keen understanding of safety and ergonomics, especially in the gadgets product space.

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360). 3D rendering skills (Keyshot, etc.) are a strong plus.

A proven track record of reliability, meeting deadlines, and excellent communication skills within a collaborative team environment.
