Facebook Growth & Community Manager for a Maternity Health Creator (1-Month Project – $4.50/hour, Remote – Philippines)

I’m a nurse and maternal health content creator who educates and supports women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and new motherhood.

I’ve successfully built a strong following on YouTube and TikTok, but my Facebook page has not gained traction despite consistent posting over the last few months.

My goal now is to build a thriving community and personal brand on Facebook. A space where women engage, share, and learn. I’m looking for someone who knows how to make that happen strategically and sustainably.

Job Overview

I’m hiring an experienced Facebook Growth & Community Manager for a 1-month project to help turn around my Facebook presence.

You should know exactly how to grow and engage a Facebook audience, especially for personal brands or creators. You’ll be responsible for auditing the current page, identifying what’s not working, and executing a short-term growth strategy that increases reach, engagement, and followers with systems I can maintain afterward.

Key Responsibilities
• Audit current Facebook page and ---------- to identify growth barriers
• Develop a 30-day strategy for organic growth, engagement, and community building
• Optimize content posting schedule and format for maximum reach
• Suggest or run low-budget ad tests if necessary to boost visibility
• Engage directly with followers through thoughtful community management
• Track performance and report weekly on metrics (reach, engagement, followers)
• Provide actionable recommendations I can continue using long-term

Qualifications
• Proven experience growing Facebook pages or communities
• Demonstrated success in increasing engagement and followers on stagnant pages
• Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms, engagement psychology, and ads
• Exceptional written English and community interaction skills
• Experience working with personal brands or creators (health, wellness, or lifestyle niches preferred)
• Analytical and data-driven — you can show before-and-after results

Compensation & Schedule
