AI Video Prompt Writer

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can help turn storyboards into stunning AI-generated videos.
If you love storytelling, visuals, and experimenting with new AI tools — this role is for you.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for writing detailed, high-quality prompts based on provided storyboards to generate AI videos using modern tools like Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
You’ll also assist with light editing, organization, and maintaining creative consistency across scenes.

Responsibilities
- Interpret storyboards and translate them into clear, descriptive AI video prompts
- Use AI tools to generate and refine video outputs
- Organize assets, scenes, and project files
- Collaborate with our creative team to maintain visual and tonal consistency
- Make small edits to ensure smooth transitions and storytelling flow

Requirements
- Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.)
- Strong English writing skills — especially in descriptive and visual writing
- Ability to understand storyboards and visual cues
- Familiarity with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail
- Fast learner and self-motivated

Preferred but not required:
- Experience with AI image/video generation workflows, prompt engineering, or creative automation tools (Zapier, Notion, etc.)

Training & Growth
- Light training will be provided to help you get familiar with our tools and process, but a strong foundation or prior experience in AI video creation is highly preferred.

- Long-term position with consistent work
- Flexible working hours (Philippine time OK)
- Must be responsive and reliable for project updates
