Outbound Sales Closer - Business Loan Reactivation

At Ezy Pzy Finance we’re looking for a highly experienced outbound sales closer to join our growing team ASAP. We're a fast-growing Australian company that helps business owners access fast & easy loans for their business.

You’ll be working with our gold opps / high-value business loan leads who enquired 1-3+ months ago but didn’t move forward at the time - either because they didn’t require funds yet, weren’t ready, or simply couldn’t be contacted.

Your mission is to reactivate and re-engage these leads, build rapport quickly, uncover their current needs, and guide them through the loan funding process. These are not cold leads - every person you call has already expressed interest in a loan, and now it’s your job to convert that past interest into fresh revenue.

This is a remote role with a high base salary PLUS a very high, tiered commission structure on every funded deal PLUS monthly bonuses!

For the right person, this is a great opportunity - we’ve already invested heavily in generating these leads, and you’ll be the one to unlock their full potential - while earning great commissions.

Full training and support will be provided for the right person.

YOU MUST

-Have proven experience and results reactivating aged or dormant leads (show results/KPIs, not just experience).
-Be fluent in English (C2) with a neutral accent - confident, clear, and professional phone presence.
-Have strong cold calling skills with measurable success in outbound sales.
-Have experience in finance/loans or related industries (preferred).
-Worked with Australian clients before (preferred).
-Be hungry for earning big commissions through a strong sales and nurturing process.
-Be highly energetic, resilient, and motivated by commissions.
-Be skilled in objection handling, negotiation, follow up and persistence.
-Be reliable, organized, and consistent in hitting KPIs.
-Have experience with CRMs, data entry, and follow-up systems.
-Be able to work at least 45 hours per week, Mon–Fri.
-Work Australian business hours (6am–3pm PH time).
-Commit to working with us long-term (minimum 12 months).
