Schedule: 7am - 3pm PH time (8 hours/day)

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to help us strengthen our team, elevate our HR operations, and drive a values-based workplace culture.

About the Role
This role combines strategic HR management with hands-on administrative and operational support. You’ll work closely with leadership to manage the full employee lifecycle — including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

You’ll serve as the main HR point of contact for tea ---------- mbers across Australia and the Philippines, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Operations
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
- Coordinate payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Track and manage employee leave, attendance, and benefits.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and HR matters.
- Support performance management cycles and professional development programs.

Culture, Engagement & Administration
- Plan and coordinate tea ---------- etings, company-wide events, and internal communications.
- Manage employee engagement programs, including birthdays, anniversaries, and recognition initiatives.
- Maintain updated HR policies, contracts, and documentation.
- Support leadership with HR reporting, systems setup, and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR Operations.
- Proven background in recruitment, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Experience with HR analytics, HRIS platforms, or policy implementation
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working remotely or with distributed teams.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
