We are committed to making every celebration memorable, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us achieve that goal.



## Position Overview



As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, and every other Saturday from 8am-3pm (US Eastern Time Zone).



## Key Responsibilities



- **Client Interaction:** Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their event needs and provide tailored rental solutions.



- **Sales Process:** Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.



- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of our rental inventory, including tents, tables, chairs, linens, and other event accessories, to effectively promote our services.



- **Quote Preparation:** Prepare and present rental quotes and contracts to clients, ensuring all details are accurate and tailored to their specific requirements.



- **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.



- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.



- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the operations team to ensure all rental equipment is prepared and delivered on time.



- **Sales Reporting:** Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback, contributing insights for continuous improvement.



## Qualifications



- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the event or rental industry, is a plus.



- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.



- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.



- Proficient and comfortable with sales management tools.



- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for helping clients create memorable events.
