We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and tech-savvy professional who can both manage paid ads AND close inbound/DM leads from those ads.
If you’re skilled at turning attention into booked calls and clients, this is for you.
You’ll manage our marketing and lead flow from end to end:
• Launch & manage
• Engage, qualify, and follow up with leads in DMs and text.
• Set appointments for sales calls or close deals directly.
• Keep CRM updated and track daily KPIs (leads, booked calls, conversions).
This is a performance-driven role — perfect for someone who loves marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:
• Create and optimize
• Test creatives, audiences, and copy for best ROI
• Manage leads coming in through ads, Instagram DMs, and SMS
• Qualify prospects, build rapport, and move them toward booking or closing
• Follow up with warm leads consistently
• Track results daily (ad spend, CPL, lead quality, calls booked, deals closed)
• Work closely with the CEO to refine offers and messaging
