**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our limo service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the limo or transportation industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and secure contracts with affiliates, corporate clients, and other companies to grow our limo business.
**Responsibilities:**
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners to establish new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close contracts with affiliates, vendors, and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify new markets and avenues for expansion within the limo industry.
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in the limo or transportation industry, especially in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively pursue new contracts.
- Reliable and able to travel as needed for client meetings or contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of the local transport market and key industry players is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Existing network of contacts within the limo or transportation industries.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
**Compensation:**
