Quality Control and Media Delivery Manager

Property Marketing Media is a real estate photography and media company based in Greensboro, North Carolina, specializing in high-quality photos, videos, floor plans, and 3D tours for realtors, property managers, and builders across the Triad and beyond.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the quality control and delivery process of our photo shoots to ensure our clients consistently receive exceptional results


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Reviewing edited photos and videos before delivery to ensure accuracy and quality

Managing the delivery of final media to clients, ensuring timely and accurate distribution

Checking for consistency in color, lighting, cropping, and watermark placement

Comparing deliverables to project notes and client requests

Uploading and organizing final files in our media delivery system (Spiro)

Sending final delivery links and materials to clients

Handling retouch requests and coordinate with the editing team as needed.

Tracking delivery status and deadlines using our project management software


Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in media quality.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with photo and video editing software is a plus.



Compensation: $5-6 per hour, with potential for increase based on performance.
