JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
PFS Global is a fast-growing business management firm with 75 tea ---------- mbers in the United States, the Philippines, and Argentina. About 35 of our tea ---------- mbers speak English as their second language, and we are seeking a full-time English Communication Teacher to help strengthen communication across our global workforce.

We currently use an outside company for English training, and we are considering bringing this program in-house to provide more personalized instruction, consistent improvement, and alignment with our professional standards. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our international team collaborates and communicates every day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one and group English lessons for employees in the Philippines, Argentina, and the U.S. whose first language is not English.
- Focus on improving grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and business communication (emails, meetings, and client interactions).
- Coach tea ---------- mbers on achieving a clear, American-neutral accent suitable for professional business communication.
- Teach common U.S. business slang, idioms, and conversational expressions to help employees sound natural and confident in workplace discussions.
- Create engaging and relevant training materials such as worksheets, speaking exercises, and writing activities tailored to workplace communication.
- Provide verbal and written English assessments for new candidates and existing employees using the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR A1–C2 scale).
- Track and measure progress through periodic evaluations and reports to department leads.
- Partner with team leaders to identify communication gaps and build targeted lesson plans.

Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral or North American accent preferred.
- Proven experience teaching or coaching English (ESL, Business English, or corporate communication).
- Familiarity with the CEFR framework for evaluating English proficiency.
- Understanding of U.S. business culture, slang, and idiomatic expressions.
- Patient, approachable, and adaptable to different learning levels.
- Organized, proactive, and able to track measurable progress.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25/25 Mbps).
- Full-time availability at 40 hours / week , Mon - Fri (Pacific Time)
