Influencer & Social Media Outreach Assistant (Self-Improvement App)

Hours: Part-time (10 hours/week to start) with opportunity to expand

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Influencer Outreach Assistant to help expand our creator network for a fast-growing self-improvement and habit-tracking app for men. You’ll be responsible for finding potential creators on TikTok and Instagram, sending direct messages, tracking outreach, and helping manage the influencer pipeline.

You’ll work directly with our marketing lead to identify high-potential creators, start conversations, and organize deals that drive user growth. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, self-motivated, and understands how influencer marketing works on short-form platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Search TikTok and Instagram for relevant creators

Send initial outreach DMs using provided message templates

Track all outreach activity in a shared Google Sheet

Follow up with creators and coordinate next steps (affiliate codes, post assets, etc.)

Requirements

Excellent written English and communication skills

Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram culture

Organized, responsive, and able to manage high-volume outreach efficiently

Comfortable using spreadsheets and following structured workflows

Experience in social media outreach, influencer marketing, or virtual assistant work is a plus
