JOB OVERVIEW

Healthcare staffing firm providing highly qualified clinical professionals to hospitals, government facilities, and healthcare organizations nationwide. We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare Staffing Recruiter who knows the healthcare staffing industry inside and out and can deliver fast, high-quality placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Health, Techs, etc.) for open assignments.

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for short-term, long-term, and government contracts.

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process—from job posting to offer acceptance.

Coordinate with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure all credentialing requirements are met.

Meet or exceed hiring turnaround goals and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in healthcare staffing or agency recruiting (minimum 2 years preferred).

Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and facility requirements.

Demonstrated ability to recruit quickly and effectively under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with government and hospital staffing contracts.

Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Ability to recruit nationwide for multiple specialties.
