Location: Remote
Hours: 6–8 hours per day (full-time)
Starting Pay: $300 per month

The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to work directly with the founder of an established and well-reviewed e-commerce brand. You will help manage major global product listings seen by hundreds of thousands of customers each month. We already have a VA team, but this role is special – you will work side-by-side with the founder, learning real-world skills that can turn into a long-term career.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone fresh, motivated, and hungry to learn – ideally a recent graduate or someone early in their career who’s ready to grow. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need the right attitude: driven, disciplined, and committed.

Requirements

Video Requirement – We only accept new videos recorded today (the same date you apply). Start your video by saying today’s date out loud, then show your face and workstation clearly. Keep it 2-5 mins but make it genuine and filmed specifically for this role. Applications that reuse older videos or skip this step will be automatically rejected.

Excel Skills – You must have basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and be comfortable working with data.

Availability – Must be able to start immediately and commit to 7 days of project work this week. If you prove yourself during this first week, the role continues into a full-time position with ongoing training, regalua pay reviews, and career progression.

Communication – Clear written English, attention to detail, and a calm, professional tone in messages and reports.

Working Hours – No graveyard shift required. We fully understand Philippine working hours and will accommodate a healthy, schedule probably you will finish by 10pm or 11pm and start later in the day

Pay & Growth
$300 per month during the initial learning phase (6–8 hours per day). Paid as a tea ---------- mber, not hourly. Long-term full-time position with yearly salary progression and career development once proven. You will be mentored directly by the founder and gain exposure to international e-commerce operations.
