We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented COO (Operations Lead) to build and run the back-end engine of our e-commerce business — someone who thrives on speed, organization, and optimization.

?? What You’ll Do

Manage Shopify store operations, product uploads, PageFly pages, and site structure

Optimize CRO, SEO, and website speed for higher conversion rates

Lead and manage the back-end team (designers, copy assistants, tech VAs)

Build, document, and improve systems and SOPs in ClickUp + Notion

Manage and automate order fulfillment, tracking, and analytics

Collaborate with the CEO on scaling, automation, and improving workflow efficiency

Create weekly reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics

???? Skills You Should Have

Shopify / PageFly expert (design + conversion logic)

CRO / A/B testing / UX optimization experience

Understanding of SEO & site performance tools

Experience building and managing VAs or teams remotely

Strong communication and leadership

Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, automation)

Bonus: Zapier, ClickUp, Notion experience
