Reddit Account Manager

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes Reddit.
You’ll be helping people find jobs, answer interview questions, and post content across subreddits related to careers, tech, internships, and job hunting — all while growing awareness for Nora AI (our AI Mock Interviewer).

What You’ll Do
• Post and engage daily across relevant subreddits (career advice, job search, interview prep, etc.)
• Write authentic, conversational Reddit-style posts and comments that add real value
• Use ChatGPT or similar tools to help craft responses and content ideas in Reddit’s tone
• Track engagement and suggest ways to improve community visibility
• Coordinate with the content and growth team to align Reddit activity with campaigns

Requirements
• Active Reddit user (you know what gets upvoted vs. downvoted)
• Experience managing or growing Reddit communities
• Strong writing skills with a natural Reddit voice
• Comfort using ChatGPT to ideate or refine posts/comments
• Familiarity with job/career or tech subreddits is a big plus
• Having established Reddit accounts is a major advantage
