Appointment Setter – Energy Consultations (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re looking to hire 1–3 experienced Filipino appointment setters to help us book in-home energy consultations for U.S. homeowners.

We provide leads, scripts, and training. Your job is to call homeowners, see if they qualify for a free energy savings consultation, and schedule them on our calendar. No closing or selling involved—just setting the appointment.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls using a provided dialer and script
• Offer short in-home energy consultations
• Update lead status and appointment details in app
• Work U.S. hours (Philippines time: 12:00am-2:00am, 7:00am-11:00am)
• Maintain a calm, confident, professional tone

Requirements
• Fluent spoken English with neutral accent
• Reliable internet (at least 10 Mbps) + headset
• Experience in outbound calling, BPO, or appointment setting
• Coachable and goal-driven

Compensation
• $5 USD/hour
• Weekly pay via Wise
