Interior Design 3D Visualization Specialist (SketchUp and V Ray)

Project Overview:
I’m an interior decorator working on a lobby project for an independent living community. I’m looking for a skilled 3D designer to bring my design vision to life through detailed 3D renderings.

Scope of Work:
Take my 2D design plans, materials, and mood boards and create a 3D SketchUp model of the lobby space.
Produce high-quality renderings that accurately represent textures, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
Collaborate with me to refine the model based on client feedback.

Deliverables:
3D SketchUp model file (.skp)
photo-realistic rendered images (preferred ---------- g or .png)
a short walkthrough animation (bonus)

Requirements:
Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray (or similar rendering plugin).
Experience creating 3D visualizations for interior design or hospitality projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to match design intent.
Excellent communication and turnaround time.

Project Timeline:
Estimated completion: 1–2 weeks after receiving all design materials.
