Our Credit Optimization team works behind the scenes to remove inaccurate items, boost scores, and prepare clients for approval.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Credit Optimization Specialist to manage credit repair operations using DisputeFox and GoHighLevel (CRM).

You’ll help our clients reach funding readiness by analyzing credit reports, managing dispute rounds, and keeping communication on point.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze 3-bureau credit reports for accuracy and compliance

Create Metro 2-compliant dispute letters inside DisputeFox

Track dispute rounds and manage client timelines (30-day cycles)

Use GoHighLevel CRM to update tasks, notes, and internal messages

Communicate with clients via CRM about status updates, results, and next steps

Coordinate with U.S. Account Managers for handoffs and progress reports

Upload refreshed credit reports, maintain client folders, and log results

Post wins and updates inside the company’s Slack #wins channel

???? Requirements

?? Experience Required:

1+ year in Credit Repair, Credit Disputes, or Funding Preparation

Hands-on experience with DisputeFox or similar credit-repair software

Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM (task management, automations, notes)

?? Skills & Qualities:

Strong English communication (written & spoken)

Detail-oriented & organized with great follow-through

Basic understanding of FCRA and Metro 2 reporting standards

Reliable internet & quiet home workspace

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Schedule (Philippines Time)

You’ll work 7 hours per day / 5 days per week within one of the following shifts:

Morning: 8 AM – 3 PM PHT

Mid: 12 PM – 7 PM PHT

Evening: 4 PM – 11 PM PHT

Night (U.S. Hours): 9 PM – 4 AM PHT
