Remote Architect (Night Shift)

What We’re Looking For
-Full-Time Availability: Night shift schedule from Sunday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Manila time).
(If you are not willing to work on Sundays, please skip this application.)
-Ready to Start Immediately
-Educational Background: Degree in Architecture or a related field.
-Proven expertise in ArchiCAD (required).
-Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and communication tools.
-Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering.
-Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
-Strong critical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
-Willing to be trained and quick to learn.
-Reliable Equipment: Access to a dependable laptop/PC and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

What You’ll Be Doing
-Design and Planning
-Creating and refining floor plans.
-Producing 3D models and renderings (if required by project)
-Communication and Coordination
-Collaborating with our lead architect and clients.
-Handling material estimations and tracking orders.
-Resolving issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
-Organizing and managing tasks to meet deadlines.
-Keeping stakeholders updated on project progress.
