Scriptwriter / Story Producer

Type: Full-time (Remote)

Role Overview:
You’ll turn real-life insights, Reddit stories, or creative prompts into emotionally rich scripts (5–8 minutes each) for our story YouTube channel and psychology explainers.

Responsibilities:
• Generate and refine 1–2 compelling story scripts daily with AI assistance (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Edit AI drafts into natural, authentic dialogue and narration.
• Ensure psychological realism, pacing, and tone consistency.
• Collaborate with editors and voice engineers for timing and tone.

Requirements:
• Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience writing for YouTube, podcasts, or audio stories preferred.
• Strong understanding of emotional arcs and empathy-driven narratives.
• Basic familiarity with AI writing tools.
