We are looking for a Trainer to Optimize VA Call Quality and Lead Conversion
About Us:
We are a real estate investment company that purchases properties across the United States.
Our Virtual Assistant (VA) team in the Philippines handles cold calling, qualifying motivated sellers, and initiating conversations with homeowners interested in selling.
We are expanding our operations and are looking for an experienced Trainer to coach, monitor, and continuously improve the performance of our cold-calling team.
Position Overview:
The Cold Calling Trainer will be responsible for training, evaluating, and mentoring our VAs to ensure consistent performance, high-quality calls, and improved conversion rates.
This role combines hands-on coaching, performance monitoring, and process optimization — ideal for someone who has previously trained and managed VA teams, and is experienced with cold calling in the US market.
- The position will be 5 days a week for an approximal 4 hour shift
- Bonuses will be given for meeting monthly goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing cold-calling VAs.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, objection handling guides and live call coaching sessions.
- Review and score daily calls, providing constructive feedback and performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rate, talk time, and script adherence.
- Maintain active communication with the managers on shift.
- Collaborate with the VA Manager to track progress and identify training gaps.
- Help shape a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture among VAs.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 2 years of experience training cold callers, telemarketers, or VAs (preferably in US real estate or lead generation)
? Familiar with CRM systems and dialers such as ReadyMode, Podio and Smarter Contacts, or similar
? Proven track record improving team conversion and call quality metrics
? Excellent English communication skills and ability to coach others effectively
? Strong analytical and reporting skills (QA tracking, performance dashboards)
? Experience working with Filipino VAs or managing remote teams — highly preferred
