Dedicated Youtube Video Editor

Hello,

I’m looking for a video editor with experience transforming long-form raw footage (30 minutes to 2 hours) into engaging, polished videos between 15–30 minutes.

The ideal editor should be comfortable adding text, effects, and pacing adjustments to keep the final product dynamic and viewer-friendly.

Target vibe: Tight narrative, minimal fluff, clear context, multi-angle cohesion, readable captions.

Responsibilities
    •    Review Footage: Import and review several clips per project.
    •    Story Edit: Remove empty parts and build a logical, easy-to-follow sequence with clear context.
    •    Multi-Angle POV sync: Align and intercut multiple viewpoints; maintain continuity and orientation.
    •    Pacing & Clarity: Keep edits tight; prioritize intelligible dialogue and meaningful developments.
    •    Subtitles (CapCut): Create clean English captions in CapCut; proof for timing and accuracy.
    •    Finishing: Light audio leveling if needed, basic lower-thirds/labels (when provided), intro/outro slates.
    •    Delivery: Export MP4 (1080p/4K, H.264) to google drive

Requirements
    •    Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
    •    CapCut skills for captioning (required).
    •    Strong English comprehension for accurate subtitles.
    •    Experience syncing multi-camera clips (waveform/event cues).
    •    Reliable organization with timestamps and clean, precise cuts.
    •    Ability to turn 2–3 hours raw ? 10–20 min finished under deadline.
